Esterbrook x Bungubox Estie Fountain Pen in Kachofugetsu Kingfisher

Details

The Esterbrook x Bungubox Estie Kachofugetsu Kingfisher Fountain Pen draws inspiration from the Japanese concept of Kachofugetsu, a phrase that reflects the harmony of nature through flowers, birds, wind, and the moon, and the beauty found in each season. This edition honors the bird through the kingfisher, a creature admired for its jewel-like feathers and elegant motion along riversides. Crafted in the U.S. from Diamond Cast resin, the pens body blends deep teal, warm copper, and soft black, evoking the iridescent shimmer of the bird in flight.

Gold-plated trim and a specially engraved nib featuring the Japanese character for bird bring an added sense of refinement, while a painted converter carries over from previous collaborations in the series. Fitted with a #6 JoWo German gold-plated steel nib and Esterbrooks cushioned inner cap system, the Estie Kingfisher ensures a smooth, reliable writing experience. Available in EF, F, M, B, and Stub 1.1 nib sizes, this limited edition embodies both artistry and performance, making it a meaningful piece for writers and collectors alike.
